Point mcma-backend + mcma-webui at their sloppyslop tips (lyrics, transcoding,
admin/storage/maintenance/instance UI, batch metadata, NowPlaying+lyrics).
Includes the CORS note in .env.example, TODO/ ignore, and the project CLAUDE.md.

docker-compose.yml mounts ./data/youtube on api+worker for an optional yt-dlp cookies.txt; .env.example documents YOUTUBE_COOKIES_PATH. Bumps the backend + webui submodules to the YTM search/download feature commits. (mcma-bootstrap stays untracked — separate repo.)

Add ALLOW_REGISTRATION + PUBLIC_ENABLE_REGISTRATION (default true) to
.env.example and bump both submodules to the registration-flow commits.
